By purchasing any assets from our store you automatically agree to these terms. These Terms of Use are subject to change.
The license to use Sammy Coachworks content goes to the owner of the Roblox and Discord usernames that were assigned to the order. Bus groups are welcome to use my content as long as a member of their development team has purchased it.
Any form of redistribution of Sammy Coachworks content will lead to a permanent ban and you lose the right to use the content personally.
Using my content that has been redistributed without my permission will also lead to a permanent ban + DMCA request if found in your inventory/games. Note 3 DMCA strikes lead to account deletion on Roblox.
You are welcome to modify the content for your own preferences wether it be decorating or a conversion.
You will only find Sammy Coachworks content sold on ClearlyDev. Please report if you find my content being sold elsewhere without my permission.
When sharing your modifications to the content please do not claim credit for the vehicle you've bought. If you prefer to you can mention that it is a purchased vehicle and not your original creation.
We do not accept refunds however if there was a mistake with your order e.g. you got charged twice or something ClearlyDev support may be able to support you.
As mentioned in rule 5 do not resell any Sammy Coachworks content. My store(s) are the only place where you can buy Sammy Coachworks content.
